Joel Garris, MD, FACR is a Board Certified  Diagnostic Radiologist and is currently a member of Lambert Radiology Medical Group.  The radiology group provides diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology services to Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier.  Dr. Garris practices exclusively at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital.

Dr. Garris has been elected  Fellow of the American College of Radiology an honor achieved by only 10% of all radiologists throughout their entire careers. He specializes in and has additional Board Certifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology.  He provides less invasive, cost-effective  alternatives to conventional surgery for a broad range of medical conditions.  He also specializes in pain management and spinal injections.

Dr. Garris served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at UCLA and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Radiological Society.  He has been appointed to the Public Affairs Committee of the Society of Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology.
